Owner and macaron chef, Sylviana Herrin will guide you through the history of the macaron and the process of making your own batch of French macarons. Classes include:
  • Theory of the macaron
  • Tips and tricks of making macarons
  • 2.5 hours of preparation and baking
  • Packet of original recipes
  • 30 minutes of making ganache filling
  • 30 minutes of assembling macarons (makes approximately 40 macarons and each student will bring home about 40 macarons)
Price for the class is $110 per person and is limited to a maximum of 4 people.
